Step away from the everyday and immerse yourself in a day of creativity, mindfulness, and connection with nature. This unique retreat is designed to awaken your senses, quiet the mind, and encourage playful exploration through mark-making, painting, and clay. With nature as inspiration and process as the focus, you’ll move through guided creative activities that invite freedom, flow, and a deeper awareness of the present moment. No artistic experience is needed—just a willingness to let go and enjoy the journey.
So step away from the noise and into a space designed to nourish your creativity, calm your nervous system, and reconnect you with what matters most.
Whether you’re a curious beginner or a seasoned maker needing space to breathe, Elemental Art Flow invite you to pause, play, and create — with clay, with colour, and with kind company.
Over one gently structured day at Paula’s welcoming ceramics studio, you’ll:
Centre yourself with guided meditation and breathwork.
Explore expressive mark making and playful clay and paint techniques.
A playful, fun approach that sparks curiosity and imagination.
Reflect and connect with your own creative voice.
Enjoy nourishing seasonal food and good company.
Leave feeling lighter, inspired, and more connected — to yourself and your creativity.
