A. Personal Information (User Accounts)

When you register for an account, we use Firebase Authentication (a Google service). We may collect the following personal information:

• A unique User ID (UID)

B. User-Generated Content (AI Features)

To provide our AI features, we must process the content you provide. This includes:

Images (Screenshots) you capture.

HTML snippets from the elements you select.

This data is sent to third-party AI providers (e.g., Google's Gemini API) to generate a response. We do not store this content after the AI request is completed, except as necessary for caching or logging.

C. Payment & Subscription Information (Handled by Paddle)

We do not collect or store your personal payment information, such as credit card numbers.

We use **Paddle.com** as our Merchant of Record (MoR) for all payments and subscriptions. When you upgrade to a Premium plan, you provide your billing information directly to Paddle. We only receive a confirmation token from Paddle that your subscription is active, along with your Subscription Status (e.g., "active", "inactive").

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.

• Manage your account and identify you as a user.

• Verify your subscription status (e.g., "Free" or "Premium").

• Process your AI requests (e.g., send your image to an AI to generate a description).

• Communicate with you, including sending service updates or responding to support requests.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may share information with the following third parties, who are essential for operating our Service:

Google (Firebase & Google Cloud): We use Firebase for user authentication (logging you in) and Firestore (database) to store your account details and subscription status.

Google (Gemini API): We send your User-Generated Content (images, HTML) to Google's AI APIs to fulfill your AI requests (e.g., "Generate Code").

Paddle.com: Our Merchant of Record, which handles all payment processing and subscription management.

4. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable measures (like those provided by Google Cloud) to protect your information. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
