Air Quality Indicator

Covid-19 protection

Indoor air quality determines how healthy our spaces are, such as house rooms, office spaces, conference rooms.

Poor indoor air quality is particularly harmful to people with respiratory problems and the elderly, with the same people at greater risk with the new coronavirus.

Air quality has an effect on how COVID-19 survives in your home or workplace, and how it may be transmitted in the air you breathe.

The device has a sensor with sensitivity to NH3 (ammonia), NOx (nitric oxide) , alcohol, benzene, smoke, CO2 aromatic compounds, sulfide etc.

Permanently monitors indoor air quality and notifies if ventilation is required.

Also provides immediate alert for overcrowding since the CO2 level rises rapidly when more people are spending prolonged periods of time in the same room.

Colored light signs provide immediate notification of the current level of indoor air pollution, with intelligible indications to the elderly and children.

Includes transmitter to trigger other smart appliances—such as an air purifier, a fan, or a dehumidifier—to help improve the air quality.

Or just open a window when you have a low air quality indicator.

clean air equals to health

all you need to do is plug the device into an electrical outlet

Technical Details

the system is based on a microcontroller which collects data from the gas sensor.

the controller is set for three levels of air quality and reflects the situation on LEDs RGB

there is also a fourth level extreme and dangerous where the LEDs are flashing you hear a beep and you need immediate action.

at this level the appliance also emits a remote signal to activate air purifiers.

the project is in the prototype testing phase
