In keeping with the idea of using small programs dedicated to specific tasks MP-utilities is a group of programs each one dedicated to a specific task. Since each item is a stand alone program with its own source code reusing the source code, and debugging is greatly simplified as compared with large comprehensive programs where the individual tasks can be difficult to track.
