What types of dog training do you offer? 

We offer a range of services including basic obedience, behaviour modification, and advanced training. We are open to any and all dogs and any and all situations. 

How long will it take to train my dog? 

The length of training depends on your dog’s age, temperament, and the behaviours you’d like to address. Our trainer will advise you on how long training may take. This depends on many different factors, as mentioned previously.

Do you offer any other services?

We also offer a dog walking service where we can walk up to 4 dogs at a time. We aim to provide all of our services in any weather and at any time we can.

Do you offer one-on-one sessions or group classes? 

We offer specifically only 1 to 1 sessions to ensure each pooch has its own learning experience and we can really get down to the nitty gritty and help in any way we can.  

What age should I start training my dog? 

It’s best to start training your dog as early as possible, ideally from 8 weeks of age. However, we can help with dogs of all ages, including senior dogs and rescues. 

What methods do you use for training? 

We use positive reinforcement techniques, focusing on rewarding desirable behaviour and creating a strong bond of trust between you and your dog. We avoid punishment-based methods, as they can cause fear, anxiety and other potential issues going forwards.

How do I book a session? 

You can book a session by either emailing us via the email address in our “contact us” page, or by sending a message to one of our social media accounts. 

Do you offer refunds?

We understand that life is full of surprises and sometimes it can get in the way of our learning. So in the occasion where you cannot attend, we offer a refund for our services as long as the session is cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. You can rebook your session anytime.

What are your payment options?

We accept card and cash for our services. We also accept paypal and bank transfer payments. Payments for single sessions and catch up sessions, will be accepted on the day of the session, not before or after. Payment for multi-session bundles will accepted at the start of the first session.

How far do we travel?

We are preppared to travel up to 18 miles for sessions.
