Hi! My name is Lam Nguyen. You can call me Mrs. N, Mrs. Lam, or Mrs. Nguyen. My last name is pronounced (win).
I graduated from the University of Houston in 2018 with a Bachelor's in Teaching and Learning, I've taught in middle school for 5 years (2 years for 8th grade and 3 years with 6th grade.)
This is my sixth year in education, and my philosophy for teaching is that learning happens best through strong relationships and curiosity. I'm very passionate about integrating technology and creativity into my class and I reinforce the values of effort and integrity.

Art
I love art. From drawing to pottery, I found that I really like to work with my hands. I started working with ceramics in high school and I hope that I will be able to have my own pottery shop one day.
The Married Life
I met my husband at the University of Houston where we were both in the Army ROTC program. We married in 2020, and we have a super hyper chocolate lab named Clover!
Baking
I AM A TOTAL FOODIE. I spend my free time baking and cooking...and eating. If you follow me on social media you'll see plenty of posts about food, cooking, and baked goods!
