I joined ISU  in the summer of 2012 when I first taught IT 261, Systems Development I. My position as Assistant Professor of Information Systems started in August of the same year. I've been teaching Systems Development I, Applied Data Mining, Information Technology Project Management, Advanced Systems Analysis and Design, and Information Systems Strategy and Policy.

I have appreciated the culture of ISU that focuses on students and their experiences. My classes provide hands-on plugged and unplugged activities. Almost all my classes involve working with community children to advance information systems literacy and competencies in different areas such as mobile application development, artificial intelligence, and coding.
