Web TV and studios EL4DEV - THE PAPILLON SOURCE - THE MUNICIPALITIES COUNTER-ATTACK

Creation of a digital T.V. channel (web T.V.) broadcast on all connected screens (connected T.V., Smartphones, Tablets, PC), with international reach and in 40 languages - The studios are located in France

By creating a web T.V. (not broadcast over digital or analogue terrestrial channels - cable, satellite packages or ADSL), we have no obligation to prior publication in the official journal. The Superior Audiovisual Council has no authority over our programs.

Operation: this channel acts in «interactive» mode (video on demand or «PULL») as well as in «linear» mode (lives broadcasting or live streaming "PUSH").

In "interactive" mode, it therefore contains:

• A large quality video gallery (explanatory videos, reports, documentaries)

• Text, photos and clickable links

• A vast playlist to compose the program + a navigation menu for Internet users

• Social media sharing buttons

In “linear” mode, it contains:

• Content broadcast live (live streaming / live broadcast) occasionally and frequently (talk shows, interviews, educational programs) for example: https://francais.rt.com/en-direct

A custom made T.V. webcast application will be created. It is however possible (if necessary) to initially use a C.M.S (editor software) such as:

However, the development of our own tool is privileged.

- Facilitating tool for continuous fundraising around the world and the recruitment of actors sharing the philosophy

A large majority of the actors involved in the program are students. Students & non-students are employed by French non-profit associations.

This highly strategic web TV is developed from phase 1.
