CURRENT VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Grade-Level Ambassadors
1-2 parents per grade
Promote PTA events and initiatives
Manage grade-level chats and disseminate PTA communications
Partner with teachers
Lead planning of year-end picnics
Room Parents
1-2 parents per classroom
Lead planning and attend classroom parties, including:
Halloween Party on Friday, October 30, 2026
Winter Party on Friday, December 18, 2026
Coordinate supporting parent volunteers
Partner with teachers
Support teacher appreciation efforts

**This role can be in-person or remote!**
Assist with party planning, materials prep, supplies, and setup/cleanup
Attend classroom events as needed
Join lottery for chaperoning a field trip

From event planning and fundraising to short-term tasks and behind-the-scenes work, we’d love to work together.
We have many volunteer opportunities with the flexibility to accommodate busy families.
We will be conducting a survey for volunteers, and then using signupgenius.com to coordinate our volunteers.
Please read through the listing of volunteer opportunities on that site and simply choose the program(s) in which you are interested. Your name/email address will be shared with the committee chair, who will then contact you before the event/task to discuss details.

Our events run on our volunteers, and we always need help with tasks like selling items, set up and clean up, and promotion leading up to the event. If you love working on events, let us know!

There are daily school needs where families can take part, from lunchroom and recess help to Art Appreciation. If you’d like to get involved with these types of tasks, reach out.

We need support tackling grants, corporate donations, and individual donations. If you have experience working with fundraising (or want to learn!), we'd love your assistance!
