An Ijazah is a formal license to recite and teach the Qur’an — granted by a certified teacher who holds an unbroken chain (Sanad) back to the Prophet ﷺ.

🧑‍🏫 Course Requirements

This program is for advanced students only. You must:

✅ Have memorized the full Qur’an (or plan to complete it)

✅ Have a solid foundation in Tajweed

✅ Pass an entry assessment (oral test)

✅ Commit to regular, serious recitation sessions

📘 Course Structure:

• Recitation of the full Qur’an (Hifz or reading from Mushaf)

• Correction and refinement of Tajweed

• Emphasis on fluency, Makharij, and rules application

• Evaluation after each Juz

• Final recitation (Khatmah) before the Shaykh/Shaykha

• If qualified, you will receive your Ijazah certificate with full chain

⏱️ Duration:

Depends on your fluency and commitment

Can range from 6 months to 1 year (or more)

Classes: 2–5 per week (customizable)

Each class: 30–60 minutes

Male & female scholars with Sanad in Hafs, Warsh, or other Qira’at

Certified and licensed in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Al-Azhar

Patient and highly experienced with non-Arabic speakers
