General instructions as to how to travel to Cambridge, and the Centre for Mathematical Sciences (CMS) are available at http://www.cms.cam.ac.uk/how-find-us. The University provides a number of maps at http://www.cam.ac.uk/map/, including one of the site plan of the CMS. The CMS is marked in the map to the right (or see Google's version), and the lectures will take place in Meeting Room 2 (MR2).
Parking on site is very limited. Please email S.J.Cowley@maths.cam.ac.uk with any specific requirements.
There is no official conference accommodation. If you would like to stay in a College room, which are relatively cheap, we suggest that you use the following site:

Cambridge Hotel City Centre: a Hotel near the river Cam
