Sustainable Stable Ground 

In this project we focus on understanding the metastable formation of quick-clay that is notorious for causing catastrophic land slides in Norway and how to prevent them. In collaboration with several research groups at NTNU, we investigate the atomistic to micro-structure of  Norwegian clay  both in experiments and multiscale modelling.
