EIML workshop will follow NeurIPS 2025 paper submission format and follow the timelines as mentioned below. Therefore, it will use a single paper submission deadline with a single review cycle, as follows:

• October 10, 2025 – Submission opens

• October 17, 2025 – Paper submission deadline

• October 31, 2025 – Author notification

• November 15, 2025 – Camera-ready submission deadline

• December 6, 2025 – Main workshop date
