1. Dances

   • Lead and taught by teachers (qualifications to become a teacher below)

   • Dances for performance/recording can be suggested by any member

   • Dances are learned and approved upon during every practice session

2. Social Media

   • Facebook

     • Messenger is used as our primary form of communication

     • Facebook Group is used for announcements and documents

   • Instagram

     • Used to post pictures and content from members

   • Snapchat

     • Each year a new snap group will be made with members

   • TikTok

     • Because of Covid, TikTok has risen in fame and we have an account dedicated to challenges and trends

   • There will be social events we participate in

1. Basic Rules

   • Members must respect each other

   • Members must respect official decisions made by the executive board

   • Any form of bullying, harassment and discrimination will not be tolerated

     • Feel free to speak to executive board members when there are conflicts

   • In order to officially become a member and be added to social groups, you must attend at least two practices

   • Express yourself & have fun! :)

2. Teachers

   • In order to become a teacher, you must learn a dance from another teacher

   • Must know entire dance choreography and have the leadership to dance with a group and bring group members together

     • Before teaching, dance choreography must be learned to at least 80%

   • Executive board reserves the right to stop a dance from being taught if it feels the teacher is not prepared to teach said dance

     • Teacher must make their dances a priority before learning other dances

   • Teachers have the right to remove a member from their dance if the teacher feels that the member

     • Does not attend enough practices

     • Does not seem committed

3. Dances

   • Members suggesting a dance for performing/recording must know at least 80% of the whole dance

   • In order to perform, dances will be evaluated at progress reports at the end of each practice week

     • Decision will be made upon final progress report (Full speed whole dance)

4. Rehearsals

   • Members performing dances must attend all rehearsals barring extenuating circumstances
