Do you want to learn how to lead, coach all while having tons of fun with our Crew staff. Our 18-2 CREW spots are limited and in high demand, but our LIT program is a great way to train alongside our 18-2 CREW and prepare for when future 18-2 CREW spots become available!  This program is for Gr.7-12 boys and girls who have a willing heart to serve and learn.  The time together includes eating, sleeping, and coaching right alongside our 18-2 CREW. 

Eighteen Two Leadership in Training (LIT) Camp

August 3-10 2025

Our Leadership in Training (LIT)  team will live and DO LIFE with our 18-2 CREW STAFF.  Our LIT will grow and learn under the training of our CREW STAFF and even become a staff member as you jump RIGHT IN to helping coach our Delia Elementary Multi-Sport Camp.  You will live in community: do chores, cook and clean, play mantracker, spend quality time at campfires, learn how to lead silly songs, meet amazing new friends and mentors, and be challenged to LEAD in new and FUN ways.  

We dig into what faith in God is and why we need it to face the challenges of the world and LEAD well.

Most of what we do at 18-2 is outreach events SEEKING TO LOVE THE KIDS and their families WELL.  Anyone can help us love others... so if LIT is not for you - please consider volunteering to have an impact on many lives at any of our camps or programs. Our Leadership in Training and Crew Staff programs are more than just outreach...  They are FAITH BASED and therefore being a part of this program means you are willing to take part in bible based activities/discussions and adhere to the staff standards and expectations. 

Our application process is only open until June 1st. However, with limited spots available we may have to close registration/applications early. This program has a $300 fee which includes food, living, and all expenses for the 7 days.  If this fee is an issue, please let us know you would like to hear about our scholarship program.
