Since the motion of each poi was limited to just the Z-Y plane in the global frame, this trick only involved 2 degrees of freedom.

Expected and observed frequencies:

One clear fundamental frequency is observed at the base rate of ~1 Hz for someone spinning, which is expected for a simple circular spin
