Being a strong, influential representative of the hotel and tourism sector in Ethiopia, providing quality, relevant and high standard services for its members. It exerts efforts to the expansion of environment friendly hotel and tourism sector and the prevailing of effective labour administration system. The Federation,promotes solidarity, keeps the integrity of its members and represents them at city, national and international forums
