Teaching
I taught Corporation Finance at the undergraduate level in Spring 2021 and 2022 at the University of Chicago. The course covered topics on discounted cash-flow valuation methods (including WACC and APV), capital decisions (including the decision between raising equity vs. debt, agency problems, and payout policy), mergers and acquisitions, and risk management. I use case studies to demonstrate how the concepts covered in the class are being applied to firms' financial decisions.
Evaluations:

Q21: Overall, the instructor made a significant contribution to your learning. (Median: 5/5, Mean: 4.22/5) - The evaluation questions changed in 2022.
