Organization

The Band Booster Club is managed by an executive committee. Additional key roles/activity coordinators exist to help the executive committee further the mission of the Band Booster Club.

The Band Booster Club has a Certificate of Incorporation (pdf) from the Office of the Minnesota Secretary of State. 

The Band Booster Club has adopted bylaws for the government of its members and the regulation of its affairs.
