Research Overview
Advanced genome editing and stem cell models hold great promise in modern molecular medicine. However, maintaining genomic integrity during precise editing and translating these molecular tools into safe clinical applications remain significant challenges. Our laboratory utilizes advanced genome editing technologies and ESC models to investigate the fundamental mechanisms of genomic stability and to develop innovative strategies for gene therapy and cancer therapeutics.
