Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• Until 15 May 2026: 90% of the registration fee will be refunded. Processing fees are non-refundable.
• From 16 May to 24 July 2026: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• After 24 July 2026: No refund will be provided.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method after the end of the conference.
