The project focuses on developing and implementing a comprehensive ridesharing, ride-bidding, and delivery-bidding platform. 

The fully tested mobile application is designed to provide users with convenient, affordable, and sustainable transportation and delivery solutions.

The platform connects customers with a network of reliable drivers and efficient delivery services, enabling them to easily book rides, track deliveries in real-time, and enjoy a seamless experience throughout the process.

My Contribution:

As Project Manager, I was instrumental in steering the project from its inception through to successful execution. Key responsibilities and achievements include:

• Defined project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Established and maintained effective communication with stakeholders.

• Developed a comprehensive project charter outlining project goals, roles, and responsibilities.

• Implemented robust onboarding processes for drivers and riders, encompassing training and service familiarization.

• Architected operational frameworks tailored to each service (Go-keke, GoCab, Go-Okada, Go-Delivery, Go-Freight) across all states.

• Developed and executed targeted marketing and promotional campaigns to acquire drivers and riders in each state.

Project Challenges:

Outcomes:

The successful execution of the Gocaboo Expansion Project has yielded multiple positive outcomes. Notably, the project has contributed to job creation within the driver community and fostered a robust, reliable driver network. By providing efficient transportation options, the project has enhanced customer satisfaction through reliable and timely service delivery.
