Mentoring provides students with access to alumni wisdom, industry knowledge, and professional role models. For alumni, it’s a chance to give back, reconnect, and shape the next generation.
Roles & Expectations
Mentors: Provide guidance, share experiences, encourage exploration, and listen with care.
Mentees: Take initiative, prepare questions, follow through, and communicate professionally.
Time Commitment
We recommend one meeting per month (30–60 minutes). The format is flexible; the key is consistency.
