The aim of this course is to learn the theory and techniques to design CMOS analog integrated circuits. Major topics are current mirrors, operational amplifiers, bandgap reference circuits, switched-capacitor circuits, etc.

This course teaches the basic concept and design method of the system integrated circuits that constitutes the low noise analog front-end (AFE).
First, fundamentals of AFE circuits and noise will be studied.
Second, application specific system ICs that include low-noise AFE circuits will be covered.
