- For non-QIP participants registration includes course material, hostel accommodation, food, tuition fee, etc. Accommodation will be provided in the IIT (BHU) or BHU hostels.
- If a non-QIP participant does not want to avail of accommodation, then he/she needs to only pay INR 5000 (student) or INR 10000 (faculty member).
- Non-QIP participants (research scholars or faculty members) can avail of IIT (BHU) guest house accommodation at the price of INR 1800 per night (double occupancy) or INR 1500 per night (single occupancy). This would be in addition to INR 5000 (for students) or INR 10000 (for faculty) meant for tuition fee.
- Accommodation will be provided from 3rd June (evening) to 12th June (morning).
