On December 4, 2024, the Jean Monnet Module Team, Business and Law Faculty at the University of Elbasan "Aleksandër Xhuvani" (UNIEL) hosted the first of three roundtables under the Jean Monnet Module project. The event, titled "Public Administration: The Path of Small and Medium Enterprises Towards the European Integration of Albania," brought together entrepreneurs, policymakers, academics, and other stakeholders to enhance engagement, exchange knowledge, and showcase project outcomes. This initiative ensures that the benefits of the module extend beyond the classroom to the local and national entrepreneurial ecosystem. The roundtable was designed as a forum for collaboration and problem-solving, where participants could exchange perspectives, identify challenges, and develop strategic approaches for SME development. The discussions focused on fostering cooperation between the public administration, the private sector, and academia as essential pillars in Albania's European integration journey.

At the start of this academic year, the Jean Monnet Module Team at the Faculty of Business and Law, University of Elbasan “Aleksandër Xhuvani” (UNIEL), introduced themselves and the module to students and staff during the First Local Dissemination Seminar. Held on 16 October 2024, the event provided a platform to promote the module, communicate its benefits, and encourage active engagement among participants. The seminar was designed as an open day for students and academic staff, taking place in the main entrance area of the faculty building—a central and highly frequented location.
3rd International Staff Week
As part of our commitment to fostering international collaboration, the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Module "European Entrepreneurial Ecosystem for the European Integration of Albania" was successfully presented at the 3rd International Staff Week "International Pathways – Fostering Internationalization" (27-31 January 2025), hosted by University of Elbasan "Aleksander Xhuvani" and funded by the European Commission.
The event provided an excellent platform to showcase the project’s objectives, share insights on European entrepreneurial ecosystems, and engage in meaningful discussions with international partners. A key highlight was the participation of a delegation from the University of Jaen, Spain, which opened promising opportunities for collaboration.
Through engaging discussions with colleagues from the Department of Management, we explored synergies and invited them as team members and guest lecturers for future initiatives and project proposals. This event reinforced our commitment to strengthening entrepreneurship education and fostering European cooperation.
