Digital education and ICTs are an essential component of the implementation of ESD, both in terms of strategic innovation, pedagogy renewal, teacher training, inclusive school development and partnership with other actors of sustainable development. The global crisis brought on by the coronavirus pandemic has pushed us further into a digital world, and changes in behaviour are likely to have lasting effects when the economy starts to pick up.
