Our project is a vehicle controlled via bluetooth from an app on an Android smartphone. The vehicle is to have obstacle detection as well as the capability to move in different modes of operation determined via remote control. In practical real world applications, remotely controlled devices are built to perform dangerous or difficult tasks in places where humans have no access, such as explosive environments or space. The goal of this project is to develop an autonomous robot capable of traversing while receiving the feedback from the environment in real time.
