I learned how important, useful, and insightful mind maps are. The organizational way each section is organized is a nice showcase of how multiple things can work. Personally, I chose to do my mind map on reading Marvel comics. Mind maps in a way make it easy because you can list everything that is related and unrelated. Everything gets a mention within a mind map.

When I was doing the Word, PowerPoint, and Excel trainings, I didn't know these applications had so much content within them, especially Excel, since in my past experience with Excel, my schools never used it or never went into depth about it. As for Word and PowerPoint, I already know about those two, but the training taught me more about them than I did beforehand.
