This video will showcase how students can login UFUTURE.

There are few important things that students have to take note.

1. UiTM Students have to use their student portal username and password to login.

2. Non-UiTM students that don't have student ID will have to register for their login.

3. System will go through maintenance everyday in between 12am - 3am. During that time UFUTURE unable to be accessed.

This video will give a quick overview of UFUTURE interface for students.

There are few important things that students have to take note.

1. If students wants to create a closed group for community, please add password. Only those with password can join your community.

2. If you would like to close the community, please delete it.

Note: Please to do test the features by creating dummy communities. It will take up the system storage.

This video will showcase how students can access course materials in UFUTURE.

There are 4 places where students can access to course content.

1. In Course Content: Students able to get access the course materials uploaded by other lecturers.

2. In Group Content: Students able to access the course materials uploaded by the their class instructor / lecturer.

3. In MOOC Learning Activities: If the course is a MOOC, students able to access to MOOC content or teaching videos uploaded by MOOC developers.

4. In Course Learning Activities: If the lecturer uses course learning activities for teaching and learning, students are able to access course materials from there.

This video will showcase how students can submit their assignment in UFUTURE.

There are few important things that students have to take note.

1. There are 2 types of assignment submission: (1) Individual Assignment and (2) Group Assignment.

Note: Group Assignment can be also submitted with ONLY ONE MEMBER. This is for the case student wanted to do group assignment as individual.

2. Assignment can only be submitted in between start and end date in the UFUTURE. Please be alert on the start and end dates.

Note: Students are unable to submit their assignment before the start date or after the end date.

3. Assignment also can be resubmit multiple times until end date and time (if want to update the latest file before assignment submission due date).

4. Only 1 file attachment (maximum 100MB) allowed for student assignment submission.

Note: There are 2 (TWO) ways students can use to submit multiple files:

Option 1: Please save all the files in one folder and attach the zipped folder for submission. The maximum file size allowed for the attachment is only 100MB. If the file to attach exceeds 100MB, please use option 2.

Option 2: Upload all the files in a Google Drive folder and share the link in the comment box for submission.

This video will showcase how students can view their online class schedule for live lecture and how to sign-in their attendance in UFUTURE.

There are few important things that students have to take note.

1. Online class schedule is prepared by the course lecturer. They will provide the link for the online class. Students have to click and enter into the online class session based on the schedule provided.

Note: Online class sessions (live lecture) can be conducted in Google Meet / Microsoft Team Meetings WEBEX or etc. The selection of the platform is depending on the course lecturer.

2. Students sign-in their attendance (15 minutes before until 15 minutes after their online class).

Note: Students tick (/) in their attendance list under Online Class link when they are present for their online class. Once the class time is over / expired, the students are unable to self sign-in their online class attendance. They have to contact the course lecturer to verify their attendance (only for those never / unable to self sign-in).
