EduProERP ("the App") is developed and operated by Educrafters Career Institute (we", "us") for the exclusive use of our students, parents, teachers, and staff. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Account Information
When an account is created for you by an Educrafters Career Institute administrator, we collect: your full name, email address, phone number, and date of birth.
Academic Information
Depending on your role, the App stores: attendance records, test marks and grades, assignment submission status, fee payment records, class timetables, and study material links shared by teachers.
We do not collect location data, camera access, contacts, or any device permissions beyond what is required for the App to function and, where enabled, to receive notifications.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Your information is used solely to operate the App's core functions: displaying attendance, marks, assignments, and fee status; enabling login and identifying your role (Admin, Teacher, Student, or Parent); and allowing Parents to view information linked to their children.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, a cloud platform with industry-standard security practices. Access to data within the App is restricted by role — for example, a Student can only see their own records, and a Parent can only see their linked children's records. All access is protected by password-based authentication.
DATA RETENTION
Account data is retained for as long as you are associated with Educrafters Career Institute. When a student graduates or a staff member's association with Educrafters Career Institute ends, their account may be deactivated (preventing login while preserving historical records) or deleted entirely, at the discretion of Educrafters Career Institute's administration.
YOUR RIGHTS
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below. Parents may request the same on behalf of their children.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Some users of this App are minors (students under 18). Accounts for minors are created and managed by Educrafters Career Institute administrators and/or their parents, not by the minors themselves. We do not knowingly collect information from children beyond what is necessary for the App's educational purpose, as described above.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
