Delete Your EduProERP Account

EduProERP accounts are created and managed by Educrafters Career Institute administrators as part of our standard enrollment and staffing process. To request deletion of your account and associated data, please contact us using the details below.
HOW TO REQUEST DELETION
Email us at info.eciconnect@gmail.com or call 9586222999, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Please include:
- Your full name
- Your role (Student, Parent, or Teacher)
- The email address associated with your EduProERP account
We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe and confirm once completed.
WHAT GETS DELETED
Upon request, we will permanently delete: your account login credentials, name, email, phone number, and date of birth.
WHAT MAY BE RETAINED
Academic records (attendance, test marks, assignment history, fee payment records) associated with your account may be retained in anonymized or aggregate form for institutional record-keeping purposes, even after account deletion, unless you specifically request their removal as well — in which case we will delete these too, where not otherwise required to be retained by applicable law or regulation.
PARTIAL DATA DELETION
If you'd like specific data deleted without deleting your entire account (for example, removing your phone number while keeping your account active), you can make this request using the same contact details above, specifying exactly what you'd like removed.
