1.Delete Your EduNova Account
EduNova users can request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data.
How to request deletion
Email adityaglobals4@gmail.com from the email address registered with your EduNova account.
Use the subject:
EduNova Account Deletion Request
Include:
• Your registered email address
• Your full name
• Your account role, such as Student or Teacher
What we delete
After verifying your identity, we will delete or anonymise:
• Your EduNova profile
• Account and authentication information
• Profile photograph
• Course enrolment and learning-progress data
• Quiz attempts and scores
• Attendance records
• Doubt-chat messages and other associated user content
Information that may be retained
Limited information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, transaction records or legitimate educational-record obligations. Any retained information will be protected and used only for those purposes.
Processing time
Verified deletion requests will normally be processed within 30 days. You will receive confirmation at your registered email address.
