Mrs. T. Mercy Annapoorani, is the Managing Trustee and Director of Blossom Trust and leader of EduClowns. She brings extensive experience in public health, humanitarian action, and women’s empowerment, with her work recognised at local, national, and international levels. Mercy is also the founder of the Rainbow TB Forum (RTBF) and serves on the boards of the Partnership for Tuberculosis Care and Control (PTCC) in New Delhi and the Global Coalition of TB Activists (GCTA).

These leadership roles reflect her strong technical expertise in health systems, community-based interventions, and disease prevention. In addition to tuberculosis advocacy, she has significant experience working on HIV/AIDS awareness and healthcare access among transgender women in Tamil Nadu, focusing on vulnerable and at-risk populations.
