Tardiness Policy

• The teacher will attempt to call the student three times via Viber or WhatsApp.

• If the student does not respond, the teacher will wait for half of the class time before leaving the Google Meet session.

• Missed time due to tardiness is not refundable or reschedulable.

Make-Up Classes

• Make-up classes are only available if:

  • The teacher is unable to attend the scheduled class.

  • The parent requests a make-up class at least 24 hours before the session.

• Missed classes without prior notice are not eligible for make-up sessions.

Class Tools & Requirements

• Students must have access to a strong internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).

• Classes can be attended using mobile devices, tablets, or computers with a camera and speakers.

• It is the student’s responsibility to ensure their device is functioning properly before class starts.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Once payment is submitted, it is non-refundable.

• Rescheduling is allowed only under the make-up class policy.

• If technical issues occur on the teacher’s side, the class will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to be respectful and participate actively in lessons. 

• Any form of disruptive behavior will be reported to the parent for appropriate action.

• Recording or sharing class sessions without permission is strictly prohibited.
