1. What happens if I am late to class?
If you are late, the teacher will attempt to call three times via Viber or WhatsApp. If there’s no response, they will wait for half of the class time before leaving.
2. Can I request a make-up class?
Yes, but only if:
The teacher is unavailable on the original schedule.
The request is made at least 24 hours before the class.
3. What internet speed do I need?
A stable internet connection is required. At least 5Mbps is recommended for smooth video and audio interaction.
4. Can I attend the class on my phone?
Yes! As long as your phone, tablet, or computer has a working camera and speakers, you can attend class.
5. What if my internet disconnects during class?
If your internet cuts off, try reconnecting immediately. If the issue persists, please contact support, but refunds for technical issues on the student’s side are not provided.
6. Can I cancel a class and get a refund?
Unfortunately, payments are non-refundable. However, rescheduling is possible under specific conditions.
7. Are classes recorded?
No, classes are not recorded unless stated otherwise for educational purposes.
