We are looking forward to hosting you at the Portugal Education Summit.  The curated schedule will lead you off the beaten path and give you an authentic and immersive journey to truly experience a balance of education, innovation, and culture. Details regarding cost and registration can be found below.

Cost Per Traveler:

• Registration + Hotel Single Occupancy - $2775

The Registration Costs Include The Following: 

• 6 nights hotel (Five-star hotel in downtown Porto) Daily breakfast at the hotel 

• 4 lunches (Tuesday-Friday) 2 dinners (Monday & Friday) 

• 3 school visits, 4 cultural excursions, and 2 industry tours are included. Transportation to the school visits and tour venues is also included.

Airfare and other personal expenses are not included in the registration costs. For those traveling with a guest, a double-occupancy hotel option is offered. The additional cost for double occupancy includes daily breakfast and hotel fees.

Traveling With A Guest Who Is Not Participating In The Summit?

While most of our daily events and tours are limited to our delegation, we understand that some in the group might bring a traveling partner. We have two opportunities for those traveling with you to attend the events. If you plan to have a traveling partner, select the events they wish to attend when you complete the registration form.

• Additional Hotel Fee for double occupancy +$150 (this includes the breakfast fee for the guest traveler)

• Additional Guest ticket - Monday Boat tour/Port tasting/Dinner  +$150

• Additional Guest ticket - Friday Farewell dinner +$50

Payment:

We require a 50% deposit and will contact you via email with an invoice for the deposit. 

Payment can be made via credit card or PO. Your space is not reserved until the deposit is paid. The remaining balance is due on August 1, 2024.   

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION:  

All monies are fully refundable minus a $100 processing fee for cancellations through August 1, 2024. For cancellations communicated in writing to Theresa Gibson via email between August 2- September 1, 2024,  75% of the paid amount will be refunded. No refund will be due for cancellations received after September 2, 2024.  (Attendee substitutions will be allowed.)
