- The application must support authentication mechanisms.
- We have used the most simple and widely used authentication method for the users.
- Upon entering the user's credentials in the login form, and clicking "Login", a registered user will be able to access their Models and scan new Objects/Images.
- New users can select the “Sign up” button to create a new account.
- The Sign Up form asks the user to enter their email for verification and support.
- It then asks the user to enter a username of their choice followed by a password of their choice. Once filled, a simple click on the "Create Account" button, if every detail requested is verified, will create your account to use EduAR.
- If the users forgets their password, the “Forgot Password” button will lead to a simple process to create a new password. To have a secure process, the users are first asked to enter their username for verification, if successful, the user then is asked to enter their new password. A click on "Save" will store your new password in our database and ready to be used.
- Support is now changed to Email Developers and has been moved to Settings.
- For Phase IV, we'll be adding a "Support" button to screens before the Landing Screen similar to "Email Developer" except that the receiver email address will be different to provide logged in users with better and faster support.
