Academic Awareness Hub
The Academic Awareness Hub is an initiative dedicated to promoting health awareness among the general public, students, tourists, and the wider community. Our primary aim is to educate people about various health conditions and important medical topics that affect communities around the world. Alongside awareness campaigns, we aim to provide valuable healthcare-related services to the public, including free basic health check-ups, educational demonstrations, and other useful medical information and activities at no cost. Through these initiatives, we strive to make health education more accessible, understandable, and engaging for people from different backgrounds.

The Team
Our team consists of approximately 10–15 members, with each member assigned specific responsibilities to ensure the smooth planning and execution of our activities. We have a dedicated preparation team responsible for organizing the events, coordinating activities, and preparing educational materials. We also recruit students to actively participate at the event sites, where they assist with demonstrations, interact with the public, and explain health-related topics and preventive measures. Academic Awareness Hub aims to create a meaningful platform for health education, public interaction, and accessible medical awareness.
How to Join
Students from both the English Division and Polish Division are welcome to join the Academic Awareness Hub. Students from any academic year, from Year 1 to Year 6, are eligible to participate, and the same eligibility criteria apply to students from both divisions. We welcome students who are interested in health education, public awareness, community engagement, and gaining practical experience through participation in awareness initiatives.
Recruitment for the Main Team (Preparation Team) will take place once every academic year, usually around October or November. The Main Team will be responsible for the overall preparation, planning, coordination, and organization of the awareness activities throughout the academic year.
In addition to the Main Team, event-based volunteer recruitment will be conducted every month prior to each awareness event. An announcement and registration link will be shared in the main WhatsApp group, and the opportunity will also be announced through Instagram with a Google Form for registration. Volunteer positions will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, while also considering the availability of students and the number of volunteers required for each event. Selected students will then participate as volunteers and assist with activities such as interacting with the public, explaining health topics, conducting demonstrations, and supporting the overall execution of the event.
