The tournament was supported by several partners and sponsors, whose contributions played a key role in making the event possible. These included LetMeOut Lublin, Radio Lublin, Więcej Niż Lek, Kangoomed, Ambaras, Szwejk, Shamu Shamu, as well as the Medical University of Lublin. 

The event saw strong participation, with over 250 attendees, including players, organisers, and supporters. Franciszek and his family were also present. 

In addition to the matches, the event featured multiple prize draws, adding to the overall engagement and atmosphere of the day. Each participant contributed to the fundraiser, with additional donations collected through food sales and voluntary contributions, all directed toward supporting Franciszek’s treatment.

The event brought together 8 teams in total, including 3 from the Polish Division and 5 from the English Division. Franciszek’s parents expressed their gratitude for the initiative, appreciating the efforts of both the English and Polish Division students, as well as everyone involved in organising and supporting the event. 

This event highlighted the Medical University of Lublin’s commitment to teaching students that medicine extends beyond textbooks by supporting ideas and fostering empathy. From the first to the last whistle, a humanitarian spirit was clearly present among the students, with the focus remaining on supporting Franio and his family.
