Workshop Information

The eDNA Source Tracking Toolkit Workshop was held at the University of South Alabama on April 25, 2025.

The agenda included recommendations and best practices for eDNA sample collection, filtration, storage, DNA extraction, quality control, sequencing, bioinformatics, and data visualization. Participants were able to engage in hands-on demonstrations for filtration, DNA extraction, and sequencing with a MinION sequencer.
