The goal of the eDNA Source Tracking Toolkit is to provide a workflow for implementing eDNA as a robust, cost-effective, and accessible next generation source tracking tool.

The eDNA Source Tracking Toolkit compiles best practices and recommendations for sample collection, filtration, DNA extraction, sequencing, bioinformatic analysis, and data visualization.
