The language of the conference is English, so all submitted manuscript must be in English. All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.

Please take note that IEEE has a strict policy on No-Show. Therefore, if your paper is accepted, one of the authors and their representatives MUST REGISTER AND PRESENT their paper at the conference.

Papers with no registered authors that are not presented at the conference will not be submitted to IEEExplore.
