GYM SET UP HELP FOR SENIOR NIGHT HOME MEET

What is the JOB?

JANUARY 19 vs ST MICHAEL: set up will happen during the day on the 19th, as the athletic office has notified us that is the earliest we can get in. MORE INFO TO COME.

TEAR DOWN AFTER THE MEET IS JUST AS IMPORTANT as we want to get our gymnasts home as soon as possible as they have an Invitational the next morning. If you can help with TEAR DOWN please email us as well!

*Note if you can only do tear down, please email us and let us know!

BANQUET COMMITTEE

Meeting schedule TBD - but commitment is about 3 virtual meetings, and set up/take down the day of.

What is the JOB?

Putting together decorations, reserving the venue, handling payment (along with our treasurer), helping with logistics of the event. Think EVENT PLANNER, but small scale.

We also welcome any ideas or fun things you think would add "uniqueness" to the banquet... to give it that "remember when in 2024 we did this..." kind of feel!

PASTA DINNER COMMITTEE

What is the JOB?

Organize & execute pasta dinners the nights before the HOME meets. Dec 21, Jan 19th and Jan 30th. We are able to reserve the cafeteria, so if you are good at ordering some catering, or getting a potluck going, this might be your thing!

TEAM SNACKS

Pack some fun, individually packed bags for the gymnasts for INVITATIONAL meets. There are TWO of them, so sign up for one, or both!

Dates: January 20th and February 3

*Note, no popcorn or nuts please... (talking about snacks here, not our volunteers!). Ideas: Cheese Its, fruit snacks, bananas, bagels, gatorades, pretzels, applesauce packets, cutie oranges
