EGG TEAM HANDBOOK

Here you can reference our team policies & other useful information!

The Edina Athletic Department has policies for students who are participating in athletics.

ATTENDANCE:  The EHS athletic attendance policy states that a student must be in school for 1/2 of a day in order to participate in practice. We will uphold this policy and require an email or text message from the athletic department if there is an extenuating circumstance.

TEAM ATTENDANCE EXPECTATIONS:

There is no tolerance for truancy from class. Any gymnast who has been found to be truant from class will not be able to practice.

Practices, meets and team functions are mandatory (unless communicated otherwise). Please do your best as a family to schedule appointments outside of practice time. If your gymnast has an absence that is related to education or family that cannot be scheduled around our practice/meet schedule, please let MJ know as soon as possible. A parent must call, text or email MJ. COMMUNICATION IS KEY!
