Pessoas esperam para ser vendidas

Vi a cena pela manhã;

dirijo-me para o escritório - contratado

Quando regresso

dois ou três dos que ainda ficaram por vender encaram-me

Mal consigo olhar para eles

Voltando para o nosso apartamento

partilho a história com a minha mulher

ela não diz nada,

só examina que parte de mim

é que eu hoje vendi para comprar alguma coisa

People wait to be sold

See the scene in the morning;

I go to off ice-contract based

When I return

Two or three of the still "unsold" stare at me

I can hardly look at them

Coming back to our flat

I share the story with my wife

She does not say anything;

only examines which part of mine

I've sold today to buy something
