I hold a PhD in Economics from the University of Barcelona and a postdoctoral stay at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. I worked as a Short Term Consultant of the World Bank and as a Research Professor at Mexican and Russian Universities. My interests include financial system, economics of education, language policy, and econometric modelling, particularly regression analysis with panel data.
