Eden Ng's artistic journey began with six years in a Chinese orchestra before shifting to choral arts in 2016 with the Tanjong Katong Secondary School Choir under Nelson Kwei, who ignited his passion for classical singing. Early projects included singing for the ASEAN Summit 2018 and Singapore's Bicentennial commemoration concert with the Vocal Consort. In Junior College, he was appointed student conductor of the Saints Chorale at St Andrews Junior College and later took voice lessons from baritone Martin Ng. He went on to become Choir Director of the Saints Alumni Choir and joined the committee of the Vocal Consort, while involving himself with the Singapore Lyric Opera, The Opera People, and Youth Opera Comique.
Notable involvements include leading the Saints Alumni Choir at Victoria Concert Hall and the Esplanade; earning a Gold award with The Crescendos at the 2025 Singapore International Choral Festival under Benedict Goh; performing in La Sonnambula with The Opera People; and appearing as a recital soloist with the Singapore Lyric Opera Youth Wing, mentored by Terrence Toh.
As a conductor, Eden is committed to choral excellence and inspiring his choristers to honour the choir's shared mission. As an educator, he specialises in mature voices—teens to adults—with a focus on diverse repertoire and the unique challenges of older beginners and experienced singers. His teaching roles include vocal coaching for Chung Cheng High Main Choir and Yishun Innova Junior College Chorale, as well as conducting the King Edward Hall Choir of NUS.
