PRAXIS Content Review

History- History is the study of past events specifically in relation to humans. History makes up 25% of the Social Studies CKT. Attached is a document with information that can be used to study for the corresponding PRAXIS section. This document contains numerous historical events and when they occured. Looking over this document will be especially helpful for updating my knowledge on historical events.

Economics- economics is the study of resources, choices, production, consumption, and the transfer of wealth. Economics makes up 25% of the Social Studies CKT. Attached is a document with information that can be used to study for the corresponding PRAXIS section. I will use this google doc as I prepare to take this test because it is organized into sections and easy to follow.

Geography- the study of the physical features of the earth and its atmosphere, and of human activity as it affects and is affected by these, including the distribution of populations and resources, land use, and industries. Geography makes up 25% of the Social Studies PRAXIS CKT. Attached is a document with information that can be used to study for the corresponding PRAXIS section. 

Government/Civics-Government is the structure and processes a group of people observes in determining who has power, what choices to make, and what rules to follow and enforce. Civics is individual roles and participation within government, rights and responsibilities. Government and civics make up 25% of the Social Studies PRAXIS CKT. Attached is a document with information that can be used to study for the corresponding PRAXIS section.
