L’axe DS3 réunit 8 enseignants-chercheurs (2 PR, 6 MCF) et 1 Ingénieur d’Etudes. Les travaux abordés concernent la surveillance des machines tournantes dans le cadre d’une maintenance 4.0 des systèmes de productions. Cet axe, initié en 1993, se focalise sur la détection, le diagnostic et le suivi des défauts de composants mécaniques soumis à de la fatigue tels que les roulements ou encore les engrenages. L’intérêt de l’équipe est porté sur la digitalisation de l’entreprise avec l’apport des jumeaux numériques, des méthodes d’intelligence artificielle pour surveiller le comportement mécanique des systèmes et des structures.

The DS3 axis brings together 8 researchers (2 PR, 6 MCF) and 1 design Engineer. The work concerns the monitoring of rotating machines as part of 4.0 maintenance of production systems. This axis, initiated in 1993, focuses on the detection, diagnosis and monitoring of defects in mechanical components subject to fatigue such as bearings or gears. The interest of the team is focused on the digitization of industry with the contribution of digital twins, artificial intelligence methods to monitor the mechanical behavior of systems and structures.
